Product Realisation – We transform your concepts into products for your markets
Our experience, multilingual skills and understanding of both Eastern and Western cultures enable us to straddle different cultural perspectives providing effective executions. We are able to communicate efficiently with suppliers and customers ensuring projects proceed to agreed quality, cost and time targets.
We work closely with our customers to develop innovative ideas and designs for their markets. We possess broad experience to handle entire development cycle from conceptual design to components or materials selection, BOM preparation, and lead progress from prototyping through to mass production. We have a track record of turning a variety of conceptual designs into medical, commercial and industrial products. |
Detailed CAD Design – We modify details for meeting target costs and satisfying agreed requirements
In this phase, we focus on creating draft CAD models of potential solutions to achieve the customers functionality requirements.
We ensure products can be made as efficiently and cost effectively as possible using Design for Manufacturing principles and by selecting the most appropriate raw materials. This phase is completed, only when all functionalities and requirements are documented and approval gained from the customer. |
Our design & development team possess below technical competencies:
Prototyping Development – We ensure designs are manufacturable with no surprise on final products
We turn designs into physical prototypes using 3D printing or CNC machining. This is an important phase before building the actual molds. We focus on all physical characteristics and help customers to understand comprehensively different approaches and modifications that have been applied on the designs. This benefits customers by eliminating guess work and the chance of surprise when reviewing the final products.
|
We have 12 CNC machines in house for achieving different machining services operated by our experienced technicians. Hence, we are capable to provide the highest degree of precision possible.

3D printing is a revolutionary technology that allows parts or components to be made directly from CAD data. It is commonly used to create prototypes in short time frames. There is a variety of materials to be used and we are happy to advise you on the best materials for your applications and budget.
Mold Design & Fabrication – We liaise with customers in English for building molds
Once in this phase, all prototypes and design drawings have been approved, which will be further turned into mold drawing.
Our engineers will liaise with customers for taking care all details from materials selection, defining parameters for satisfying production throughput requirements, leading progress from mold building to verification of accuracy until approval gained upon customers acceptance. The entire mold development cycle is handled by our professional mold building team led by experienced engineers and technicians and actual molds and tooling are built in house. Hence we have full control on the lead time and quality for ensuring reliable and effective services to our customers. |
|
Mass Production – We guarantee agreed quality and lead time to be achieved
|
Our injection molding factory possess a variety of machines for fabricating products from lemon-stirrer, electronic devices, ice buckets to the sizes of trash bins and car panels.
We also have reliable raw material supply chain, able to provide a wide range of materials for satisfying different requirements, such as REACH, ROHS, FDA (food-grade safety) and biodegrable requirements. One of our strengths is we possess sufficient experience and know-how for achieving high quality surface treatments that suit different products, such as Hydro Dip Hydrographics (Water Transfer Printing), Heat Transfer Printing, Silk-screen Printing and Elecctroplating. Through our partner-factory, we also able to do complex assembly work of high-end devices. |
Quality Control – We inspect details and offer 3rd party inspection
ATRG and their customers establish clear quality inspection criteria at the initial stage of the project.
Off Tool Samples are inspected thoroughly and samples supplied to customers with test reports.
Once volume production commences, we will inspect products by using AQL standards.
